The Story of Vathiyar Thottam

மரத்திலிருந்து உங்கள் வீட்டிற்குFrom our trees to your home.

Vathiyar means teacher. Our farm was started by our father, who was a teacher. What began as his farm is now our family's way of sharing naturally grown mangoes from Muthanampatti directly with customers.

At Vathiyar Thottam, we follow traditional farming practices, harvest in small batches, and pack every box with care. When you order from Mango Patti, you are buying directly from our family farm, not from a warehouse supply chain.

Grown the Traditional Way

Our farm follows traditional natural farming practices built around soil, trees, water, animals, and seasonal care. We grow mangoes in a real farm environment, not in a commercial warehouse supply chain.

Naturally Ripened, Not Forced

We believe mangoes should ripen with time, not pressure. Our mangoes are harvested close to maturity and allowed to ripen naturally. We do not use carbide ripening. This means your mangoes may arrive at different stages of ripeness — a better eating window and a more natural mango experience.

Hand-picked, Small Batch

Every mango is picked by hand as it nears maturity — never stripped all at once. Small-batch harvesting means we send only what's ready that week, packed fresh with care.
