Who we are

Mango Patti sells seasonal mangoes and farm produce grown at Vathiyar Thottam, our family farm in Muthanampatti, Tamil Nadu (Muthanampatti, Tamil Nadu). When you order from this site you are buying directly from our farm.

Ordering

You order as a guest — choose your mangoes on the Shop page, add them to the cart, and check out with your name, phone number, and delivery address. No account is needed. Your order number and phone number together let you track the order on this site.

Payment & confirmation

Payments are made online by UPI, or through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay) using UPI, cards, net banking, or wallets, depending on what is offered at checkout. We never see or store your card or banking credentials.

Your order is confirmed only after the payment is verified. Until then it remains pending, and unpaid orders expire on their own.

Pricing & availability

All produce is seasonal and harvested in small batches, so prices, varieties, and stock change with the season and are shown live on the site. The total computed at checkout on our server is the amount you pay.

If an item is mispriced or becomes unavailable after you order (for example, the harvest runs out), we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Delivery

We currently deliver to: Tamil Nadu, Bengaluru, Selected metro pincodes. Dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates that depend on harvest readiness, weather, and courier schedules — the details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Natural produce

Mangoes are a natural product: size, shape, skin colour, and ripeness vary, and the fruit continues to ripen at home. We do not use carbide ripening or artificial shine. Natural variation is not a defect.

Your details

Please provide an accurate phone number and complete delivery address — we coordinate delivery on WhatsApp/phone using these details. Failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect contact details may not be refundable, as the produce is perishable.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy and refunds/replacements by our Refund & Replacement Policy.
