What we collect

For guest checkout we collect your name, phone number, optional WhatsApp number, delivery address, and any delivery note you add. We also keep your order details, payment status, and payment reference, plus any messages you send us for support.

We do not require you to create an account and we do not collect passwords.

Payment information

Mango Patti does not see or store your card numbers, bank credentials, or UPI PIN. UPI payments happen in your own UPI app; when payments are processed through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay), your payment details are handled by Razorpay and we receive only a payment reference and its status.

How we use your information

We use your details to process and pack your order, verify payment, coordinate delivery, send order updates on WhatsApp or SMS, and provide customer support. Your order can be looked up on this site using your order number and phone number together.

Sharing

We share your details only as needed to fulfil your order: delivery details with our courier/delivery partner, and payment processing with our payment provider. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Retention & your choices

We keep order records as needed for fulfilment, accounting, and support. To ask what we hold about you, or to request a correction or deletion, contact us using the details below.
