Every Mango Patti order is harvested and packed fresh at Vathiyar Thottam, our family farm in Muthanampatti, Tamil Nadu — so dispatch follows the harvest, not a warehouse schedule.
Order confirmation
Your order is confirmed once your payment is verified. We'll reach out on WhatsApp or phone if we need anything to complete the order.
Dispatch & delivery timelines
We dispatch in small batches based on harvest readiness and seasonal stock. The expected dispatch window is shown with each variety where available.
Dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees — they can shift with fruit readiness, weather, courier schedules, and your delivery location. We keep you updated on WhatsApp.
Delivery areas
We currently deliver to: Tamil Nadu, Bengaluru, Selected metro pincodes.
If your area isn't listed, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you this season.
Delivery coordination
We coordinate delivery using the phone/WhatsApp number on your order, so please make sure your contact number and address are complete and correct. Missed deliveries due to incorrect details may not be eligible for a refund of perishable produce.
Receiving fresh produce
Open and check your box on the day it arrives. Mangoes are shipped close to maturity and ripen at home — keep them at room temperature until ripe, then refrigerate. If anything arrives damaged or spoiled, report it within 24 hours with photos as described in our Refund & Replacement Policy.
